Based on where these calculations are made and the client/server delay, this could result in a ridiculously high number of heals (I'm talking in terms of literally billions of small individual heals over the course of a second depending on the system clock we're using 3GHz, for example, will give you 3x10 9 ticks per second, so that's 3x10 9 actions per second (each individual heal and each live vicariously proc taking an action, as well as any other standard actions the game will perform) and a lot of weight on the CPU My concern is that, because these things have no internal cooldown, these actions are essentially only gated by computer ticks which is, effectively, just shy of immediate. Looking at that, you might think "the skill is an elite, it SHOULD heal a shit load" and I agree with that.
